“Having bought a home in Flathead Valley in desperate need of a new carpet, we were on a tight schedule to find a carpet supplier and installer. We happened upon Carpet One as the 4th potential carpet supplier in Kalispell: the first was closed (despite sign on the door saying that they were open); the second had gone out of business; and the third featured a salesman who knew less about carpet than we did. Then we finally found Carpet One. Immediately, salesman Marty greeted us and gave us a detailed and organized tour of the collection of carpets in his showroom, listing the strengths, weaknesses, and comparisons for a range of carpet options. In about an hour, he helped us narrow down the carpet supplier, and carpet type, and two options for colors. Marty then found room for our job in a busy summer schedule that worked within the constraints we had for ordering the carpet, for removing the old carpet, and for installing the new carpet. Marty worked with us over the next couple of weeks as some of our dates shifted, making sure that we could still have carpet installed by our move-in date. Jordan and team showed up on time and made quick work of carpet and pad removal and cleanup. When another job went beyond schedule, Jordan found another team (Jose and Kevin) who could do the install and keep our schedule (critical to us). Jose and Kevin did a great job over two and half days installing carpet in two floors, in simple and complex rooms. They kept me up to date on their progress and plans, taking the time to help me understand exactly what they were doing and why. The finished install looked great, and they left the work site clean and neat. Marty followed up to make sure the job had gone well, and to advise us on extended care of our new carpet. The final bill matched the quote we received. We could not be happier with the process or the finished product.”
