We have banked here for personal and business accounts for a few years now. We have never had any issues for either account. I use the app all the time for business deposits and checking account info. The app is easy to use and pretty straightforward. On the occasion I do go into the bank the people are always friendly and very helpful. I do like not having to fill out a deposit slip. Especially if you are depositing a stack of checks. The only negative comment I have is they haven't offered the Tap to Pay option on their cards yet. Not terrible but would be convenient at times.

Beware!Relocated to Texas after selling the house.Title Co alerted us that Buyer's payment had cleared Glacier on 4/28/23 and yet on 5/3/23 Glacier advised there was no such check deposited. After 6hrs, 3 phone calls to Glacier, 2 Trips to a real bank, Wells Fargo in Texas, we were finally told that the money was indeed in the acct. The person then began explaining why we should not close our acct!In spite of our new banker's help on our end, we are still trying to get the $78,000 out of Montana. We were never answered when we asked who to contact in their legal department nor if we could speak to a mgr who could help us.Beware of inept & unprofessional management of your funds.

Great location of this bank, they are always so nice and friendly. Even when they are short handed. Always a great experience.

Called the Columbia falls glacier bank to check my balance of my account and the person who answered the phone name is Ashley and she hung up on me after giving her my account number for a second time. It was very rude and not very good customer service!!

The only situation more tragic than dealing with this bank is Afghanistan falling to the taliban. If you’re completely dead inside or have no soul, than this is the bank for you!

Love, love, love using Glacier Bank! Having used all sorts of banks large and small I always appreciate going in to any of the Glacier Bank locations (this one is closest to my house) and receiving such quick and pleasant service. I have never had to wait for a teller when going in to the bank and have been greeted by everyone I walk by.

I have had a checking account here for five years. The online banking here is atrocious. I can only assume someone gave the sensitive job of creating a banking application to a family friend or something. There's no other explanation for why a banking institution would have such a terrible online presence. Online login, whether it is through the app, mobile site or desktop site works maybe half the time and locks you out of your account arbitrarily. Resetting your account does nothing and the customer service people can never find any "block" on the account. I have had to call customer support more than a dozen times just in the last year to check my bank balance because the app and site simply don't work most of the time. The bank is closed when a normal person gets off work so you have to call an off site call center that is completely useless for everything except resetting your password. I feel bad for the people that have to apologize for their broken app and site every day.

I used to love glacier but youve become a joke. I had a lady refund me my late fee back because she said it was clearly the banks fault not mine because the automatic wire transfers don't show right away. Got another late fee after already transferring money into my account then get told that I can't be refunded but you willingly admit it's your guys fault. They also said that they can't give a refund when the account is in the hole but that's a lie cause they just refunded my boyfriend the full 30 for the same exact reason and his account was in the hole. If you guys want to explain why I'm getting a runaround when no one else is that would be great. Or learn to train them with a little respect because I'm ready to switch banks.
