We provide opportunities to learn, grow and heal. Mountain Time Wellness is located in the heart of Columbia Falls, Montana. The providers and teachers here are independent practitioners sharing a common goal - to facilitate healing and wellness. Services currently offered include mental health counseling, therapeutic massage, reiki, health and wellness education and yoga.
