Hanson's Hardware is a locally owned and operated hardware store serving the Flathead Valley since 1974. A lot of customers say it should really be called a general store due to its large selection of just about everything. This includes Lawn & Garden, Paint, Plumbing, Electrical, Housewares, Farm & Ranch, Hand & Power Tools, Automotive, Building Materials, and RV, Camping and Fishing supplies, even Rental. It is considered the best local hardware and general store around. The store is known for its friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who provide excellent, top-notch customer service. Employees are always very nice and willing to help, going out of their way to offer advice and the know-how to complete projects. They provide excellent support and help find whatever is needed. Many customers appreciate the small-town feel where they know your name, making it their go-to stop before heading to a big box store. The store typically has what customers are looking for, and prices are very reasonable. If an item is not in stock, they can probably order it.

Got the floor sander I needed with excellent support from the staff. They provided the know how and sandpaper recommendations to strip the porch deck. AND the price was very reasonable.
