This dealer isn't even worthy of one star. When I arrived to pick up the trailer I noticed that the one he (David Dortch) indicated was mine, was in deplorable condition and one tire was missing the ENTIRE TREAD. So Mr. Dortch hadn't even examined it himself. He then "offered" to substitute it for a slightly larger one for which he wanted to charge me more. Even that trailer was filthy inside, of which he made light by stating "hope you don't mind a little dirt." Not only was this person unprofessional, he was definitely not safety or service oriented. Definitely avoid this location.

Incredibly nice people. We needed a single box to ship something and they were so kind and helpful offering us packing tape and materials to use. We are not from local area and they spent extra time telling us about things to see and do, places to eat and more. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this Uhaul location for all your needs!
