Terrible service, don't tell me you couldn't find a "secure" place for my packages that didn't need signed for when you've left many many packages right on the front porch so many times without an issue, especially when there was someone home all day watching for you and didn't see you once, what waste of tax money

The postmaster Shawna desperately needs to be fired. Her unprovoked aggressive way of handling or just straight up yelling at customers is absolutely vile and straight up abusive. She calls me waking me up at 8am immediately being aggressive with me, again unprovoked, regarding a complaint I made to headquarters about a missing package. The level of unprofessionalism from a government employee and establishment is embarrassing.

I have had around 15-20 package issues over the last few years. Long story short, this is the worst Post Office.I returned from having to pick up another 'Attempted Delivery' and decided to join the ranks here on the Google reviews.I go to pick up my package because at this point 'Delivery' is just a buzzword and not an actual service they provide. I give them my Tracking# from the seller as there was no slip in the mailbox or my door to tell me they attempted to deliver it... yesterday; I had to find out after checking my tracking via the website. After a few minutes the associate returned. The sheer shock on my face when they returned empty handed and said they are unable to find the package! A true USPS miracle - a lone package lost in such a well-oiled, fine-tuned machine. Lucky to behold, privileged to be a part of.They took my number, said they would call when they figure it out. (Never returned my phone call)This is a paid service.Tune in next time.

Woman in the passport office is amazing. She was so helpful and made the passport experience as easy as possible. Also, a one stop shop! Photos and applications done there, will absolutely continue to renew there.

Unsure what all the one and two star reviewers are on about. This post office has good hours, easy access, and is clean and orderly. 100% of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to walk in.

Awful service. They continue to accept packages from other couriers that they can't deliver and have rude staff that lie on deliveries.Had a package today that's a microwave and the update on the tracking was "mailbox is full." They were instructed, as per their standard form, to put packages on the porch when they're large. I called the local office and the lady said, "I dunno, maybe it's heavy." I inquired why they accepted it in the first place and she said, "trust me, I'd stop doing business with Amazon if we could." Wait what? You don't like staying in business? You do realize your job relies on customers like me sending and receiving mail and packages, right?Their job description must say something like "must be able to lift X amount of weight to be employed " and I'm sure X amount of weight is the limit of what they will accept. But that doesn't matter because they wrote "mailbox is full" before the courier even left the post office and didn't even make an attempt. The lady answered, "how can I make your day great" and then quickly went to "I guess we'll try to deliver it".At this point I have to tell my retailers to not ship with USPS, so this local branch will be happy. They need to hire competent staff down here. Read your reviews, guys, you need to manage your operation better.

I was just notified that seven large boxes of media mail were undelivered and sent back across the country because there "was no receptacle"Bruh. We live in a house with a big front yard and an accessible foyer, so that was an interesting excuse, I'm sure someone got a nosebleed trying to come up with that one. Yeah oops I forgot to put out my seven box receptacle, my bad. Guys... at least tell lies that a toddler would believe.I was going to come in and bring liquor and snacks, troll dolls, a ball of yarn, whatever gets these carnies excited, but I think they enjoy being the worst version of themselves. This office has inspired me to exercise and have more follow through with the people in my life, so I do thank them for the consistent awakenings of how not to be. I imagine their stoves are caked with grease and their refrigerators have a stench that would melt steel. No doubt in my mind they are hoarders with alarming blood work, bad parents, bad siblings and children that pregnant women pray to God their kid doesn't turn into. I hope at least they have drugs or alcohol to deaden the reality of who they have become as individuals. I wouldn't wish that epiphany on anyone.Godspeed guys, you got an uphill battle ahead of you as I'm sure your whole life is in peril, all we have to do is get a P.O. box at the whitefish post office.

I have lived in CFalls for 8 years. I have never encountered a post office so poorly run. We've had repeated problems with our mail carrier, the supervisors at the post office, and the postmaster who is supposed to manage all of it. When we've complained, we get nothing but surly employees who lie about the management not being there then turn around and say "he wants your phone number". There is no recourse for the citizens who live here. We've made repeated requests for someone to help with these issues with no luck. Who do we call when the postmaster doesn't care???

I could have received my items on Friday, but I chose same day delivery for several items to save on delivery trips to my house. Today I was told I’d receive my packages, however, the person that delivers our mail always leaves pink slips in our mailbox anytime we have a package - regardless the size they refuse to deliver it to our house. We have a driveway that loops, and UPS never has an issue dropping off. So, instead of waiting to get pink slips today, I went to the post office to pick them up myself. I gave the person my tracking numbers and she said, anything delivered after 12pm to the post office won’t be delivered until the next day and the clerk confirmed they received them after 12pm. Ok, that’s understandable. Frustrating, but understandable. So I went out to my car, looked at the drop off time and the post office received them at 7:30am this morning. I went back in, showed the clerk that they were dropped off at 7:30am, not after 12pm and I should be able to pick up. She said, “Oh, it was a lot of packages this morning and we just gave up sorting them. You’ll probably have them tomorrow sometime.” There were several people working at the post office today, I waited several days after I could have received them, I needed these for business I’m conducting, and now I’m not sure if I’ll receive them tomorrow or I’ll wait all day just to get more pink slips. I’ve been living in my home for 3 years and it’s not getting any better. All of my neighbors have issues with deliveries and their mail. What’s really frustrating is instead of being honest the first time, I was lied to. Even trying to solve and prevent an issue/delay by going in I can’t get them. If it’s not one thing it’s another with C Falls USPS. If it’s not receiving pink slips, it’s being told they gave up sorting. I did the polite thing, smiled, thanked the clerk and left. When I’ve received pink slips in the past, I’ve raced to the post office to pick up my package, and I have heard several times, “It’s currently with the carrier to be delivered.” Yeah? Then why did they give me a pink slip and said it’s non deliverable? If they have it, why not just deliver it? They say they do not know, and I’m told to pick it up the next day.We rely on USPS and I’m constantly jumping through hoops, picking up my mail from my neighbors, delivering mail to my neighbors, waiting all day for things that never show and hunting down my packages.I am so disappointed.

The Columbia Falls Post office and it's delivery staff are less than desirable. Their carriers are surly, don't deliver packages based on the customer's needs, and when there's a complaint issued to the postmaster nothing is done because our carrier and the postmaster are friends. On top of all of the issues that we have had with this location now they close the doors to the brick and mortar building without so much as a reason why posted.

I’ve lived a lot of places and this is the worst post office, by far. All our mail (months’ worth) has entirely disappeared, our address is not recognized and the 6 visits to the post office have only led to failed promises to “look into the situation” and get back to us.

Avoid the USPS in CFalls if at all possible. Poor service and they refuse to deliver boxes because they do not fit in the beater car the delivery person drives.

They are constantly delivering my packages to the wrong house. It has happened about 15 times now. A couple of the times the people who did receive it brought it to me but that doesn't happen often. I'm tired of their incompetence, they shouldn't be in business if they can't be trusted to do the job they say they are going to do. Unfortunately I have no choice which company delivers the mail, but it definitely should not be the Columbia Falls USPS.

Since there's no way to give a 0 or a minus star I'll give them a one star. My carrier is incompetent. She won't get out of her truck k and deliver packages. Worst then that is the postmaster there won't do anything about my carriers laziness. She states that they are friends and she knows that her friend is a good carrier even though I have video footage from my Ring the shows her not walking up my walk away then leaves a note saying I wasn't home when I was home on my couch watching her drive by. Very lame postmaster and carrier. Shame on the Columbia Falls Post Office.

I am not sure why, but the staff at this Post Office are the worst. They treat people horribly! They treat everyone like they are smarter or better than you! Plus, there is a lady in an older Subaru that delivers for the Post Office and I catch her all the time parked and taking a bathroom break across from my driveway! Pretty darn sick! I approached her and told her that across from my driveway is not a public bathroom, but all I got was a wave of the hand while she buttoned her pants! I will video next time and we will see how the Post Office in CF likes that. Terrible employees! Something needs to happen here!!!
