Because of a previous tire shop put on the wrong lug nuts, our motorhome sheared all the wheel studs on both left rear wheels. By the time we got towed in and got it unloaded, it was too late to get the needed parts they worked really hard to prepare it for the fix the fix the next day.
Since I was staying in the rig overnight, they even offered me their 30 amp hookup!
The parts arrived the next morning and they jumped right on it. I was safely back on the road by 1030AM at a VERY reasonable price.
With this unexpected and unwanted emergency, the folks at Stillwater Tire went above and beyond to make the ordeal go as smoothly as possible, with the customer in mind. I appreciated that a lot.
It's nice to know there are still small businesses that operate with integrity and puts the customer first.

“I can’t say this enough, GOD BLESS Ken. Our vehicle broke down just outside of Columbus and we were towed to his shop. Easter Day is not a day you want to be stuck, Ken was able to help us out with a couple things and we were back on the road!! Thank you again, Ken!!”
