These people always go out of their way to help. Husband walked up to door that had a sign saying they were closed for lunch. Husband starts to walk away and the guy comes running out—“how can we help you?” We always use this propane place for our RV even though we live 50+ miles away!

We have had much trouble with Madison River Propane over the past year. Customer service and getting someone to fill our propane tank is not their strong suit. We have run out of propane twice under their services after calling to schedule propane delivery 4-6 weeks in advance. We have finally switched providers and are...
