“Was on route from Edmonton, Ab to Arizona. Pulling a large 5th wheel and thru an engine light and lost power going up a large hill just before Conrad. Pulled into Mike and Chads and Chad dropped whatever he was doing… read the code and suggested some solutions which did fix the problem. It’s so rare to find this kind of service from people these days. My faith in humanity was restored on that day thanks to Chad who genuinely seemed to want to help!
