My elderly mom rented a larger unit for 3 months. When giving notice in time she no longer needed it was inspected and was told she would get her $20 deposit back but still has not received it after 3 weeks of waiting. I think the owner is just hoping it will just be forgotten. This is a small community. She just keeps getting the run around.
