Bill was so helpful! We had our bikes mounted on our vehicle rack enroute to the Hiawatha Trail. Well, I had locked them with an extra thick cable lock and realized I lost the key. As we were almost through Deer Lodge, I called Bill to ask if he could cut the cable for us. He agreed without hesitation. What a nice guy he turned out to be!

I was lucky enough to break down in Deer Lodge where Bill's shop is. Bill was very transparent about his availability and managed to work me into his schedule to get me back on the road. He also was very honest and fair about the work he performed which I find to be very refreshing. If I lived in the area, he would be my first stop when I needed auto repair. Thanks again Bill for helping me continue on in my journey.
