We were around 8 hours into our road trip when our car stopped accelerating. Deerlodge was the closest area with mechanics so I called up all of them in the area and Chris was the only one to return my call. He kept his doors open for over an hour past closing and was super helpful in diagnosing the potential issues with the car. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of diagnoses or repairs. Thank you Chris!

I had a cylinder misfire that only needed to be reconnected and Chris was able to identify the issue, figure out a potential root cause, and fix it really quickly for me for no charge. I later did not end up having the check engine light turn on again. Woo! Great service. Will definitely be returning if there are any future issues. Best part about the entire experience is that I got a chance to meet his kitty, Nelson! ?
