John, the owner, immediately looked at the truck, checked the codes, and diagnosed the problem (the trucks coolant reservoir had a catastrophic failure and we needed a new one. John got on the computer and phone and arranged to have the parts delivered by noon the next day. As soon as the parts arrived his guys got on it and we were back on the road
