“This review is long overdue! So many great things can be said about Turney Repair and towing. We were stranded, over 300 miles from home, on Thanksgiving morning but definitely not alone. Our wonderful experience with them started with a rough day for us when they answered a 5am call on Thanksgiving. While they were out of town enjoying their own family holiday time together, they went out of their way to help us. They allowed us to use a car when no rentals were available. That same morning their tow truck driver happily and helpfully came, on his day off, to bring a car we could use, and he took ours to their shop. The mechanical problem we were having was due to an underlying issue that was missed by another mechanic, but their mechanic was able to identify it and get it fixed. They also worked with the previous mechanic shop to honor a warranty for work I had just gotten done a week prior. Throughout the whole process, they were very good at communicating and helping us get our vehicle running reliably.”
“We stayed at Dillon Montana. On our way through to Canada woke up in the morning with a flat tire .The guys just came right down and looked after us got us on our way. They were awesome would highly recommend them.!!”
“Nothing daunts their professionalism. We brought our car in for a routine oil change. They opened the hood, and to their surpirse, a little cottontail stared at them. They humanely removed the scared little bunny, let it live the town life, and proceded with the oil charge. They're just the best.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. We pulled into Dillon pulling a 40ft fifth wheel and having truck issues. The young guy admitted he was really busy and wasn’t sure he could help until later in the day. After a short discussion he said “unhook your 5er and I’ll get it on the hoist now”
Immediately helped and I can’t say how great full I am. Problem was solved and lots of places may have took advantage of the predicament I was in but he sure did not. I was shocked how reasonable he asked to charge me!
