I have nothing but positive things to say about this agency. Very easy to talk to and very personal. Claims are handled right away any questions we have are answered right away. If the agent doesn't know the answer, they will find out and call with the answer.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a professional office. They never return calls or emails. They handle our employee plan and are absolutely frustrating.
