I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mom for a valentine's day gift today, and Stephen's Farmhouse Floral delivered them today. They were perfect and made my mom's day. Very professional staff. I am very happy! I will be ordering from them again in the future!

Your team is kind, and your lillies are amazing. Thank you for the beautiful roses and bows you gave my nieces.

Went here today for some bouquet fillers and she said although she did have them she could not sell them to me because she had two funerals coming, I understood that. I did tell her my mothers service was there in town in two days also. No help or suggestion on where else I might look and just really overall unsympathetic. The customer service was just…really bad.

Have a better attitude when a customer brings up a concern. I brought the plugs from last summers petunias (the coleus I bought also had it) in to show her that the mesh around them strangled the roots( even if it says bio degradable it's not biodegradable in a Montana growing season) she popped off that I could just buy the greenhouse if I was so invested and that she has been in the business for 20 yrs....completely rude. No matter how long someone is in the business there is always new thing to learn. Even if she wanted wanted to just ignore my input she could've just said I'll take that into consideration and completely ignored the feedback I gave. I'd rather go without flowers than ever support this business ever again.

Took my dead plants in from last summer to show the mesh that was choking the roots and preventing the plants from growing big, giving feedback as a customer .....(I was being mpolite about it) and the owner told me wellt he mesh is biodegrable to which I replied not in a montana growing season. To which she snapped she's been in the business for twenty years and if it's such a problem I could just buy the greenhouse. I'm sorry, but no matter how long you are in a business there is always room to learn and grow. That was absolutely rude and uncalled for. I'd rather go without flowers than support a nasty attitude like that.
