Bought a day pass and ran around the track upstairs.
The Y was clean, the staff were friendly, and the track was nice. Size was alright, 16 laps on the outside equals a mile.

Can't say much, just walked a couple of trails around the Y in this area. They were nice even though it was ridiculously hot for an October day

Great facility with everything you need and where that staff knows everyone on a first- name basis. Joy leads an excellent spinning class! All fitness levels participate.

Outstanding staff, clean, positive environment. Nice selection of freeweights, cardio, and strength training equipment. A great place to train year around at a low price. Well done to all involved in the upkeep and management of this YMCA facility!
