As a single female traveling with just my dog and towing a cargo trailer, when my truck was suddenly inoperable in middle of the night in the middle of nowhere, I really really needed help. The woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night was so helpful and kind, the tow truck driver Rory (I believe was his name! Out of Drummond) was so kind and friendly and efficient. I felt safe and my interactions with both of them helped my anxiety immensely. I was able to get to my destination safely thanks to them and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much!!”
