“I had to return some spectrum equipment. The gentleman who helped me was quick and courteous. He gave me a receipt and told me to hold on to this in case spectrum tried to say not everything was returned. Guess what happened. Spectrum tried to charge me and say that I didnt return all of the equipment!!! I had the receipt so they ended not charging me.”

“The service is very nice but they take a very long time. Not unusual for a post office but waiting in line takes forever. Decent sized parking lot so there’s plenty of signs for trucks and sedans. Very clean and well-kept.”

“Visited on 5-6-26. Very very nice staff, thry actually smile and talk to you like you are human. Definitely one of the best I have been too .
Only downside is I called prior 10 times minimum. No one answered …. That definitely needs addressed .”
