“I had to return some spectrum equipment. The gentleman who helped me was quick and courteous. He gave me a receipt and told me to hold on to this in case spectrum tried to say not everything was returned. Guess what happened. Spectrum tried to charge me and say that I didnt return all of the equipment!!! I had the receipt so they ended not charging me.”
“Big thank you to Kenny who helped me find a new charger for my laptop! They didn’t carry the stock model, but I brought in my old laptop, he helped me find an alternative charger, and he treated me with kindness throughout the whole process. Great and respectful customer service!”
“The service is very nice but they take a very long time. Not unusual for a post office but waiting in line takes forever. Decent sized parking lot so there’s plenty of signs for trucks and sedans. Very clean and well-kept.”

“I stopped by the local Helena UPS warehouse to see if by chance I could pick up a package that was signature required and I was not going to be home to receive. “I do have to say that the post office is getting better about their customer service. They are getting people in and out quickly and are being very efficient at their jobs. I’m quite impressed by this because, for the longest time, the lines inside the post office were horribly long and it took forever to get anything done but now you wait for maybe 5-10 minutes and you get seen, and then your out of there. I’m proud of their positive changes and efforts to make the post office a better experience for everyone in the City of Helena!”
