I listed my properly in 2012.. you never returned calls.. I ended up selling it privately.. and that jerk sold it back to little Mercer for a huge profit... He didn't even put up a for sale sign.. I was in touch with the neighbors below my property... What a disappointment especially in the economically trying times...
