I was purchasing a new vehicle in Las Vegas, NV and these ladies went above and beyond to assist me and make sure their clients best interest was being served. They reopened a closed account, overdrafted it $1500 then I found out after they sent me a letter showing the negative balance and several late fees on top of it. Employee at branch and customer service were rude and it took me countless hours to ‘rectify’, and I still had to come out of pocket to avoid collections. Worst bank I’ve ever had.
