“Due to our car having issues and all mechanic shops being closed over a weekend, we stayed at the Silverado for a couple nights until the car could get looked at. All the employees I dealt with were very helpful and kind. The room we had was very clean. The sheets and bedding were very soft and cozy. My only complaint is the shower head is extremely low, being 6'3" I really had to duck down to get my hair wet! When my car finally went into the shop, I spoke with a lady named Gail who was flexible in terms of me checking out as I didn't know how long the repair would take. Thank you for the great hospitality.”

“When you call, they won't confirm the dates/price quoted by sending you a reservation email so you may want to record your phone conversation at the time of your reservation or you may get a higher price when it comes time to pay like we did. They blame it on their (East Indian?) language barrier: $79 became $97. See what happened there? Adds up over a few days.
The friendly local housekeepers are the best thing about this motel. The owners are generally unpleasant to deal with.
The exterior is not especially well-maintained with lots of burned out light bulbs, peeling paint, etc, but rooms are clean for the most part with the exception of the sticky indoor/outdoor carpet which could use a scrub.
You have to get ice from the store soda fountain which isn't convenient and often runs out. The beds are surprisingly comfortable. Being "pet friendly" there really isn't a good place for dogs to do their "dooty". Providing doggie doodoo bags and a lidded trash receptacle near the edge of the well-used, but off-limits lawn is my suggestion for improving the experience. That being said, this is about the only "pet friendly" lodging in Eureka at any price.”
“This was hands down the most incredible trip I’ve ever taken. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful and mesmerizing place to stay in Montana. Tobacco River Ranch is the perfect blend of comfort and nature, completely surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and immersed in the kind of peace and beauty you only dream about.
I stayed in the logger cabin, and it was absolutely perfect - cozy, clean, warm, and so inviting. Waking up to those sweeping mountain views every morning was nothing short of magical. Every moment felt like a postcard come to life.
Nikki is truly the heart of the experience. She is unbelievably kind, welcoming, and such a joy to talk to. Her warmth makes you feel right at home and adds to the magic of staying here.
I can’t recommend Tobacco River Ranch enough. There’s truly nothing like it. I know I’ll be back again and again, I’ll never come to Montana without making it a point to stay in Eureka at this one of a kind retreat.”
