“We had a great experience with Mike Lancaster of Lancaster & Company while searching for our property in Mariners Haven near Rexford, Montana. We cold emailed him asking for him to show us a few properties while we were going to be near Abayance Bay the following weekend and he responded within a day. He ensured we were well informed on crucial deadlines (insurance & financing confirmation, inspection waiver, etc). Mike visited the house numerous times on our behalf, during the inspection and also after some repairs were completed.
