“All the staff were very friendly and kind when I brought my kitten to this vet. My kitten had never seen a vet before, and they made sure that she enjoyed the visit. My kitten got vaccinated with the necessary vaccines, and they gave her a treat after. I would definitely recommend everyone with pets to go to this vet. They really take the necessary time to love and care for animals to help them stay healthy as can be, and it’s a family friendly environment.”

I have since moved up to eureka where he came up a couple of x’s as I have many pets horses too, I love Scott Smiley for the way he treats my pets and his empathy for my human pain for my pets! I only recommend this gentle giant Dr Smiley to everyone I talk to about their farm animals and pets, hands down!”

“I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everyone at this clinic. My 19 year old cat has a very bad ulcer and infection in his eye. He was on eye drops, antibiotics and pain meds and going downhill fast. After trying to relieve the pressure in his eye, the very compassionate team talked to me about removing his eye. They helped me with this very difficult decision and after removing his eye, he is back to being my kitty again. I am so thankful for all of them. If it wasn’t for them, he would still be in so much pain and possibly not even around anymore. He is back to playing with the dogs like he never had a problem. Thank you so much. Highly recommend them❤️”

“Always courteous and caring. We have a very high anxiety dog, and the vet takes extraordinary effort to care for her without causing her anxiety. Just brought our cat in for emergency care and they were so fantastic with her. Price was reasonable too. I was thinking about changing to a vet near my home, but I don't think I will. We're very happy with central valley animal hospital.”

“Our 3 month old Aussie swallowed something that looked like cloth possibly insulation. Had to have a Barium Series. Dr. Aldrich was quick with diagnosis and handling the situation. I called and checked at 2 am how he was and they kept me informed of what was happening. Was sent home with three RXs the next morning. All went well. His staff was professional and gentle with our pup. It's good to have a vet to turn to after hours.”

“Dr. Al is a very compassonate vet. Unfortunatly he has had to cut back on his practice During this virus situation he allowed me and my wife to accompany our kitty during his examination ( We both had our shots and we wore masks) Every time we have had our kitties in to see him he has shown them great care and he has also put us at ease Anyone who disagrees with me has not taken enough time to get to know this man”
