The customer service was as poor as your directions. Very disappointed in this bank today.your ATM at mt view Co op hasent worked in days .no thank you for telling us. Then you send me out the door down the street on my left didn't need to go to the school. How about go across the street to the corner turn right and it's down the street on the left. I am 70 years old with an obvious knee injury and you and you send me on a six block hobble .
