I arrived without a reservation for an extended stay and Derek personally showed me a few rooms to make sure I found something that fit my needs for the duration. Rooms and bed were comfy and clean on arrival.

The staff reach out for feedback and act on it promptly. I had a minor issue with my sink and maintenance was available to take care of it the next morning.

You can walk to just about anything you need here in Sidney - The parking lots of the hotel, a few restaurants and a nice local grocery chain are connected with a nice coffe shop on the opposite corner of the intersection (get there early for breakfast.)

They have been shorthanded on cleaning staff and have a lot of one-night stays, which seems to be throwing off the weekly cleaning schedule, but getting fresh linens/supplies isn't an issue and the clerks ask me if I need anything every time they see me.
Very manageable if you don't make an enormous mess every day.
