My wife and I have been customers for many years and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Not many shops are as thorough as Executive Auto. I took my Tacoma to another highly rated shop for years before finding Executive. The repairs done at the other shop were good however that's all they were, just repairs. For example, the struts had well over 100,000 miles on them but because they weren't showing any outward signs of failure I was never informed that they were well beyond their useful life. At highway speed with heavy loads I had sway issues. I even mentioned this to the other shop and they passed it off as just a factor of the weight I was carrying. Once Executive replaced the struts the sway was gone. If you just want to get back on the road cheaply and quickly and don't care that you may be shortening the life of your car or risking a breakdown then go somewhere else. If you are planning on keeping your vehicle for a long time and you want to minimize the risk of a breakdown I highly recommend Executive Auto.

Charged me and my girlfriend over $300 for the combined efforts of a diagnostic, and literally the plugging in of a loose connection. I truly wish I was exaggerating. We will not be using this service ever again.

Outstanding customer service! After the vehicle was inspected, I was provided pictures and detailed explanation as to the maintenance that was needed or suggested and make decision on priority list. They are the absolute best with communication. You know exactly what you are paying for. There are no surprises. My best experience ever going to get a vehicle serviced. Conference call to review the initial inspection details prior to beginning work, including pictures, short videos, and pricing breakdown for each recommended maintenance activity. I walked in there today to see if I could get tires/rims mounted and balanced. I was told by the lady working the front desk “yes, but have you been here before”? I stated “no I have not” she then stated they “are not taking anymore customers”. I found that to be strange and then pointed out they have a large “military discount” sign and that I am still active duty currently at 22 years and she told me there are no exceptions unless I get a reference from another customer. I told her to “have a nice day”.Very strange customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day. I won’t be returning. Back to Les Schwab I go.

I was so impressed with Executive Auto that I’m leaving a review before the appointment I have set up for my service. I recently moved and had to find a new auto shop. I am so happy I found Executive Auto! Tim was very professional and got my car on their busy schedule. Just from my first visit, I feel confident that they will care for my car the way my last mechanic did!
