“This place fixed what I thought was my tire but was actually the stem that was causing my tire to go flat after traveling to Forsyth! I had new tires put on last month at Subaru had this same tire go flat get ruined and then replaced and Subaru couldn't tell me why or just thought I ran over a nail and did not take my concerns seriously. Driving to Forsyth again same thing happens on another new tire. Subaru tells me the same thing. Luckily this time arts tires was open and I was able to bring it in. I was taken care of quickly, listened to my concerns and found the issue and even better did it all on the house. Subaru missed the issue multiple times and it took the mechanics less than 30 minutes at arts to find the problem and fix it. Just a reminder that small local shops do a great job at what they do compared to places like Subaru that just want your money and to get you in and out with poor quality service.”
