The customer service is great, awesome, and very helpful, with staff attentive to questions and assisting customers in trying and choosing the right models. The prices are the same or lower than other retailers. While it has a nice selection of miscellaneous items and bear spray, it does not have a wide variety of sporting goods like shoes or gear. It is a great store for a fantastic experience.

It's a nice souvenir shop, but not really a wide variety of sporting goods. There are scopes, binoculars, knives, and some other miscellaneous items, but if you're looking for shoes, gear, etc. this may not be the place for you.
