If you are a gluten free vegan, do yourself a favor and stop in here and get a loaf of Franz gluten free sourdough vegan bread. They didn't have the Schar I was looking for, so we picked this up, and it was life changing; truly the best gluten free bread I've ever eaten. I loved it so much that I looked up where to get it near my home, and immediately traveled 30 minutes near my home to get more. It really tastes like "real" bread. We went back and got 2 more loaves to take home with us...one loaf was moldy even though it wasn't expired, so now I open up the main package to look at it before buying, although I haven't had a problem since then. The store took it back and let me choose another. I hope a fellow GF Vegan reads this and gets to have the experience of amazing bread.”
