Taz explained he couldn't exit the store to check my battery due to being the only employee on the clock at that time. Alex overheard us speaking from the back and offered to help me, despite being off the clock. They assisted me in making sure I got all the parts needed and were both a pleasure. I had my 6 month old son with me and they both showed great concern about me making it home without my car dying. They gained a loyal customer and both deserve recognition for their stellar customer service.”
