The location was right for us, the room was decent. Beds aren't terribly comfortable. In a hotel that doesn't include breakfast, in room or in lobby coffee would be appreciated. It's kind of odd to check in at the diner next door, especially since there is no signage instructing guests. Room was clean

Excellent customer service skills. It was so easy to check in. The food at penny's diner is amazing!! I had loaded hash browns and they filled me good. The beds and ample shower space was also a plus

Best hotel I have stayed in Glendive and I drive through twice a year. Clean room. Very comfortable beds. Good location. They helped me out with a small favor. Quiet.
