We were driving from Chicago to Seattle when we hit a small animal on the highway. As we kept driving we kept hearing something on the bottom of our car scrape the road. We pulled into Bob’s and they immediately took in our car, put it on the lift, and found out what was wrong. A small support piece got torn off when we hit the animal. They took off the bent piece, gave it back to us, and had us back on the road within 15 minutes! They were very kind and had no charge. Thank you to the team!

We got a rock chip on our motorhome's windshield at 10:05 am on our way to Glendive. I called Bob's, and a lady answered on the second ring. She gave us a 1:00pm appointment for the rock chip repair. Promptly at 1:00, Bob directed us into the work bay and started the process of repairing the chip. He took great care in filling the chip and used UV light to cure the fill material. He had us back on the road by 2pm. He even gave us directions to our destination to avoid a very bad road. Service doesn't get any better than this! Thank you to the whole crew at Bob's Automotive.

Bob and Bev are amazing and managed to not only acquire a new windshield on zero notice, but had it installed within a few hours. They're incredible people and the work they do is impeccable.

We hit something on the highway going back home to Ottawa, Canada. Could not travel faster that 30 mph and still had 1600 miles to go. Showed up at the opening hours Monday morning and was taken right away as an emergency. Repairs were done quickly and was back on the road in no time. Thank you some much for you help, it greatly appreciated!

10 stars outta 5! Bob is the kindest person!!! We were travelling and our sunroof blew off with some stone. Bob gave temporary fix in 5 minutes and we were able to travel again in peace. Whole family is amazing, angels in human form! :)

We were on our way to Seattle from WI. We hit a deer on a Friday. Bob ordered a radiator put it in Monday morning so we could be on our way. His granddaughter loaned us her car for the weekend. What a great family business you have in your town. Thank you so much for how you helped us.
