DESERVES A NEGATIVE RATING, BUT 1 STAR WILL HAVE TO DO!!!! I'll give credit where credit is due. The internet speed and quality is great. With speeds as up to 900 MBPS I cannot deny that. With the competition only offering up to 20 MBPS you'd think it's a no brainer. That being said... Paying for internet by usage in 2023 has got to be the crime of the decade! My husband and I run a very small business online and have high internet usage. Last month our bill was in the $350 range, this month its over $450!!! That's almost a rent payment and now the small amount of money we make online goes straight to paying an EXHORBITANT amount of money to an internet company. In the 10+ years I've paid for internet I've never paid more than $40-$100/month for unlimited usage until now! We live in an online world these days and this company is capitalizing 100%. Spectrum, where are you?!?! We desperately need you in Glendive, MT!!! Help Us!!!”

I did call customer service about my pricing concern (the quality and speed were so good , it was hard to stop streaming tv) and Charlotte provide helpful tips for decreasing the GB used while streaming and provided a credit to my account.
