The transaction I made should have been handled inside the lobby, not drive thru and for that I take responsibility. That is not why they are getting a 1 star rating, which they don’t even deserve that. It is due to to the two representatives assisting me laughing off the situation, speaking to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Did it end well, absolutely not. Did I defend myself, absolutely. I’ve banked there for many years, and have never been treated like this by a representative. I will be filing a complaint with headquarters, I will be looking for other bank options and never recommend them to anyone.
