Opened an account on a vehicle loan promo. Paid vehicle off on time over the term of the loan. The initial shares I bought at 25.00 have now been eaten up by a dormant account fee. Their rep tells me this was spelled out in the fine print of the original contract. I have not received by USMail nor email any notification of the 5.oo per month dormant fee. Now that 5 months have past the account will close. If you choose to their promotional loan gimmicks, be advised that their membership requirement is part of the contract and subject to this action

Not a good bank. FYI Staff is unfriendly. Not sure what they care about, but certainly not there members

I've had this bank for yrs now and NO problems. Customer service is awesome. My Dad has an account with ( RIP).

We have done business with this bank for many years. They help us with several banking items. Checking, Savings, auto loans and home loans. The customer service we ALWAYS receive is wonderful.

Starting to get tired of the excuses. 1st the lobby was closed to COVID, we understood that. When I asked the teller after waiting in long lines when they would open up the lobby, I was told that they can't because they haven't hired people yet. She went on to tell me that I could go to the other locations for the lobby. Perhaps I would, but if I did it would be to close out my account and move to different credit union a lot closer. Used to be such a nice little branch.

1st liberty is by far one of the worst credit unions by far,You have to have 2 different usernames and passwords for online log in or app log in that makes no sense what so ever my other bank requires one password and username no matter if I’m using the app or logging in from online2nd I signed up for a loan they took my bank routing number on paper and never linked it to my loan so if I didn’t keep track of my payments I’d be in negative debt and my credit would be ruined.....becuase I couldn’t even pay my loan off if I wanted to becuase they didn’t put my information in. Seriously it’s like they are encouraging debt and bad credit over here really upset this is why some people unintentionally get in debt and have bad credit because of unions like this....... good thing I’m really on track of everything that involves my money ? and credit but for others they are literally hurting!

They were absolutely awful. We are military and thought they would be a good option considering they have a location on base. I went in and set up an account and all was fine. However, I never got anything in the mail as they said I would. No account into, no card, nothing. I called about a week and a half later and they lady I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. She asked for all this info that I was told I'd get in the mail. She said I was wrong and they had already told me and I must be mistaken. She said "I just need to be patient", and said COVID was effecting how quick the mail goes out. I found that ridiculous because I had been receiving ads for their loans in the mail and no account info so I know quite well it should have been there by now. I decide to wait a bit longer before making a big deal out of it. In between, I was considering a car loan and the loan rep has a little attitude and I under no circumstances wanted to deal with her. Well I called NEARLY A MONTH after going in to get the account and the lady who answers just said 'I can't help you with anything, I'll transfer you to ***" So I leave a VM for her and she calls me back and she has an attitude as well. She was so unhelpful and NOBODY gave me a solution. They were just like "Not sure why you haven't gotten it". But no offer to solve the problem. At this point I obviously asked to close out the account and the rep said she needs to send me something in the mail to send to them to quit which was laughable. So now I have to go in and deal with that. Mistakes happen but the fact that they ALL had attitude and were so unhelpful was ridiculous. No attempt was ever made to help me and when I said I wanted to quit they obviously couldn't care less.
