This company is horrible to work with. They charge you for things that they haven't done. Also the people that work in the Great Falls location are very rude and pushy. Very upset with the services that I have received and will be returning my appliance very soon to them and never doing anything with them again.

For all the good it'll do, don't deal with Aaron's. On top of the delivery/service team(the one and only apparently) being completely unprofessional, but we have been waiting a whole month for a repair on our sofa. We still get harassed with text messages to pay them but we've already established that we aren't paying until it's fixed. And it's been a whole month. My mother didn't have issues with them, my sister didn't have issues with them so I though we wouldn't have issues with them. Boy was I wrong. No one updates you, no one gets back to you, no one takes you seriously. All you are is dollar signs to them. Once this couch is taken care of we will NEVER be dealing with them again. I'd rather try my luck with a sofa from Amazon than here.

Been with Aaron's for many years and will keep dealing with Aaron's in the future because they know how to work with their customers and we recommend Aaron's over rent a center any day and time....
