Came in for some plumbing advice and was blown away by the expert advice and patience in me trying to explain my nieve idea of what I needed. Highly recommend this store.

The people here are the best in town. Ask Gene about paint, and you'll know the employees are smart and helpful. Prices are as good if not better than the big box stores, AND it's not a big box store. Sad to move away and not have this store down the road. Thanks for 3 great years. You truly earned this review.

They call it the helpful place for a reason! This location does a great job and staff are friendly with customers. If they don’t know, they find out. Selection is usually really varied as well.

I bought the timberline XL Traeger barbecue that was $3800. with covers and accessories $4300. They said it was fully assembled and ready to go. I started it up for the seasoning and it caught on fire took out the motherboard. Could’ve caught my deck on fire now the Traeger does not work. I called them mind you this was the same day I purchased the barbecue that it caught on fire and i called them the next dayand they told me the first step I should’ve took was tho check it and see that it is installed properly. He also said that it was installed properly, and that it must’ve gotten jarred during travel. The pellet hopper was wedged against the feed auger, where it was hard to pull out that doesn’t happen From transport. The picture shows how they installed it, and you can see in the second picture the pellets got behind the Hopper, and the fire carried back in to Auger and pellet box I also have video of it on fire, which I did send to SteveMy recommendation is go to somewhere more reputable To buy a barbecue like this. They’re not willing to back their workmanship And even text me pictures of the manualShowing me that it was my fault thanks Steve and Keth at Ace Hardware on Northwest bypass Great Falls, MontanaUpdate just got off the phone with Traeger and because Ace Hardware will not Back their work they will replace my timberline, XLAfter Keth looked at the information he was given He offered an apology, and when trigger brought My New barbecue He came and picked it up and delivered me one That was put together he also admitted that they were wrong, and It definitely did not get shifted during travel And Traeger has now changed the design Of the fire box so that it will slide past the Auger tube. I changed my stars to four because of the effort But it was still a horrible experience, and ruined My weekend

Selection and customer service. Filters were on sale, buy two get one free. They only had two so ask the cashier if they had some in the back she said no without even checking. Asked if they'd honor the free one and she said no they wouldn't. Sale sign didn't specify while supplies last. Ace should take care of customers that support their business in a more professional manner.
