Called their parts dept looking for obsolete windshield. They then called me back saying they had it. 4days I received the WRONG windshield in the mail. Big Sky Harley Davidson put a Address sticker on top of windshields description and then hand wrote with black sharpee the part # I was looking for. I then called owner and said what the &%$#. I returned windshield that is not right and was promised a full refund. Well 2 weeks later and still No refund. Very Bad Business practices for Owner of Business.

The staff on the floor was not helpful. I wanted to see if they could work on my Indian and all I got were off colored jokes. I got the helmet I needed and left.

What a joke this place is...can't work on a Harley!? Give me a break! Definitely won't be doing business with a "bike" shop that can't work on what they're selling!

My experience, terrible place to do business.with. Got a higher end used bike from them, looked like it had been ridden in the Baja 500. Salesmen don't return phone calls, plus bike had parts missing. Salesmans excuse, I didn't even look at it when it was shipped! Ridiculous.

They listed a 2023 Kawasaki KLX300 supermoto for an extremely fair price. I called their sales people and told them I wanted the bike at that price with no extras. They made this happen and the next day I picked up the bike. This is a great dealer to buy from in a very competitive market.
