    I have terrible needle anxiety, because I have terrible veins . Ken has been drawing my blood for years . He uses the appropriate sized needles and technique for my crappy veins and is always so fun and relaxing to talk to. He's the best phlebotomist I have ever had, And the best in great falls.

    Ken is dependable and knows his business. Seeing all the different quilts displayed on the walls and pleasant conversation is relaxing, despite having your blood drawn.
