“I’m curious why this location doesn’t have a solid 5 star rating based on selection, cleanliness, cost BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY their customer service! In my past experience - at one time I managed 5 group directors, 22 directors, 100s of managers along with 1000s of front line associates. Not only Fastenal but Britni’s customer service and her team met and exceeded all of my expectations!! Fastenal is fortunate to have an outstanding staff at the Great Falls location!!Fastenal is like Disneyland for people in the “Trades””
