Stuart (Stewart?), was absolutely superb. Due to an electrical issue we couldnt move the steering wheel. Well, he worked his magic and with a lot of maneuvering he got it on the ramp. I was very impressed and he put my mind at ease. He is a true expert at what he does and my car was fixed by noon the next day. It was a blown main fuse. Thank you sir! Greatly appreciated.

I was busy cleaning the inside of my car and the radio was playing Christmas songs and I wasn’t paying any attention to the fact I didn’t have the car on. Went to pull my car into my garage & the battery was dead. Called Carnahan’s and they were at my house in twenty minutes. Great customer service.

The driver was incredible! Set me up at a nice hotel as it was very late and I had no idea where I could go. He made sure I had every need taken care of. When it came time for me to release the vehicle, Carnahan's got me through it without a hitch and no complications! I wish they were in my home neighborhood ~

Will wrongfully diagnosis cars, trucks and suvs, I had a 93 oldsmobile with a bad fuel line and they said the engine threw a rod, they did the same for my 1999 sonoma. Would not recommend

Wow, where do I begin. We were 800 miles into our road trip vacation. We were in Great Falls when we started to have engine trouble with our dependable 04 Camry. It was 7am so we stopped by the Toyota dealer and was told "your car is to old to work on and we wont help you." The only good thing the dealer did was tell us to contact Carnahan's. We called Carnahan's and explained our plight. They told us to bring our car in and they could see what they could do to help us out. I know the shop was extremely busy but they squeezed us in and in a couple of hours we were on the road again with our vacation saved. I am so impressed with this shop, great repair, very fair prices. If we lived in Great Falls this would be our "GO TO SHOP" Thank you again for saving our vacation.Services: Electrical repair

I had a crash while I was pulling a trailer with my F150 pickup truck. Carnahan’s towing gave top of the line customer service! Zach and Travis got the wreck cleaned up completely while I stayed warm and safe out of the weather. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings or anything! They were sure to do a thorough search and I felt like they went above and beyond. Towing truck guys are hero’s to us out there and are overlooked as to how much work goes into what they do. I felt like I wasn’t just a number but someone they cared about. I highly recommend Carnahan’s Towing for any of your towing needs! What an asset Zach and Travis are to have on this team! We experienced the same professionalism and kindness from the same operator on two separate occasions. Travis should be given a raise. He was funny, helpful, professional, patient, and down to earth. He gives Carnahan’s a good reputation.

Had a few cars stuck over a very snowy hill around Dearborn. After talking with one towing company who were very backed up due to bad weather, I called Carnahan's and they sent Casey out right away to help us!Casey went above and beyond to help all of us get our cars over the hill. We would've been stuck there a week if not for his quick thinking and positive attitude. He saved us! I am so thankful for him and happy that we got the help we needed. Also charged us less than what a 1 mile tow in Missoula costs. I'd give 10 stars if I could. That man deserves a raise!
