This is a long overdue review. I had an external hard drive that I was using to store all of our family photos. Years and years of vacation photos, sports photos, etc. One day the drive suddenly would not allow my computer to read it. I was frantic! I took it to CTR and they were able to copy all the photos off the drive and onto a new one. The service they provided was invaluable. I could not recommend them enough.

Keith has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing for the work involved. He recently helped us purchase, set-up a laptop and transfer data from the old laptop, for a family member (plus printer linking and set-up). Also, he's helped me with computer work for my small business and helped us with our family photos. We will be using him again soon for all of our computer needs, thanks Keith!

Regarding the review from OfSmoke A.... This link will explain the support timeline for Windows 10. It shows that any version lower than 22H2 is out of supoort. Security is free, true, but the fee is from installing it, setting it up and making sure it runs properly. Yes. Windows 10 is free to install, but this link will show you that you have to have a windows key to install and activate.

Tried to rip us off. Told us that windows had to be updated every 18 months and we had to buy his windows key and have his security installed. The security he installs is public domain software and is free! Windows is available at the windows store for free! He would not even sell us a hard drive. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to waste lots of cash. All we wanted was a hard drive that cost only $50, and we know how to install the hard drive. We know how to install windows 10(free at Microsoft store) and security applications ourselves. IT IS VERY VERY EASY. Look on Google and YouTube.

When we first moved here from Colorado, we had to find someone to help us with our computer that had broken in the move. CTR Computers to the rescue with a nice re built computer and even came to our home to help set it up! We recently had another issue and they were able to get it done in less than two days! Great service and will go back...My mom and dad were really pleased!

Worst Service I've had Told us the computer was better then what he gave us Will take advantage of you if you don't know your stuff about computers went back and said the computer is not has fast has what they said it was try to work out something that was faster for the same price as what we paid the one we wanted that was faster they said someone was coming to get it said we would come back to see what they have then says the one we want isn't available but they have something else for us if i Could give zero stars i would. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT MOTTO OR SLOGAN HAS GONE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!
