The pharmacy at the store never has a prescription ready.. you can go online the day before and they always still make you wait over a half hour for the prescription

This pharmacy is horrible
The pharmacist is either racist or just loves the power of deciding who gets what. I needed my script filled a day early. Family leaving early. They could have filled it 2 days early not chose to treat me like I'm not worthy of the basic rules. The guy literall side eyes me when I come in. I want another pharmacy not one that is this discriminatory.

Absolutely do not fill prescriptions at the store the supposed pharmacy Manager ty moe Is the worst chased me a disabled customer out of The store in a very threatening manner because I used the F word telling me he was going to Have me arrested, and was also going to delete my medical profile the whole time refusing to allow me to speak to the store manager Which, after making contact with her I was informed he has no such authority This whole incident stemmed from their horrible management of their pharmacy a police report was made store was reported to corporate so I will update. Note my prescription was filled at another pharmacy at no cost to me The same prescription the supposed pharmacy manager told me Would never get filled anywhere else

Some employees in Great Falls, MT are not helpful. I am going back a 3rd time to pick up a water pill prescription. 1st time, about a week-10 days ago, it was 1:09 pm and I was told it was too close to lunch at 1:30 so I would have to come back. Today, 4-2-24, went back and
was told again it was not ready, so I would have to come back. Wasted gas
and time.

I will never go back there again there was one person up from working on photos and at the register asked for help we waited 10 minutes no help plus the lady there was not friendly the store was clean but no employees any were except 1 and she was stocking and was helpful

My automatic refill should have been filled last week, my husband went to pick it up and it wasn't filled. He requested it to be filled. I checked on it yesterday and it still was not filled so I AGAIN requested it to be filled. And guess what...that's right, still not filled. I spoke to a female and she said, "we can put a rush on it, but there is no guarantee it will be filled today." It is already a week overdue. Her response was, "we are really behind because we don't have enough staff and too many people keep coming in." I am going to change my pharmacy.

The automated system is impossible to get thru, and cannot get to Delivery options for disabled, and cannot reach a human to have scripts moved to another pharmacy.

Slowest and worst pharmacy in town. No care or compassion. Absolutely no urgency to get meds taken care of in a timely manner even for those who have just had surgery and discharged from hospital. Not to mention trying to call and speak to someone at the pharmacy is impossible without a 20 min wait. I could reach the VA or Medicare faster on the phone than this pharmacy so that’s saying something.

Absolutely abysmal pharmacy. The staff is rude. The website/App is unusable. The phone system is ridiculous. They say they'll text you when your script is ready but the don't. And God Forbid you show up during their lunch break, they are outright nasty. I had dental surgery today, I had to wait 3 hours for the pain medication to be ready and after SPECIFICALLY asking them to text me when the script was ready, they didn't. When I gave them my drivers license for ID, they didn't return it and I had to drive back to the store. They made a painful, anxiety provoking surgery exponentially worse. I will never spend another dime in their store anywhere in the world.

The pharmacist was able to fix my CVS account. Somehow I had two and I could never see my Rxns on the app or website. Seems small, but I'm stoked!
They also filled my transferred Rxn in like 5 minutes.
