“the store is a little dirty and whatever, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. I think people tend to judge this place to harshly, especially when comparing it to the other one. the store is what you'd expect and that's all. which is a relief when you compare it to the one in sandwich, MA.... I'm just glad they don't abuse their staff openly and they actually function as a store. plus the staff is underpaid so I don't blame them for not being fully attentive.”

“Great store, love shopping there. And great management/staff. I shop at the West side store and the manager there, Angela, is awesome as she goes above and beyond to help customers and in the kindest and most respectful of ways, and is a very hard worker. Also the staff associates are very courteous and helpful too. Love the new tools for 3$ and 5$, they are a good bargain as buying the same tools elsewhere would be twice as much and for the same quality(made in China)..”
