Store manager is fantastic. She has done a great job keeping the store clean and stocked with the help she has. Plus she is always working, but takes time to say hi. I just love seeing her.

We went in early, around 9:00, today. The one lane open had 3 people at it. The young lady behind the cash register was friendly and attentive. She was counting back our change and realized she did not pull enough change out of the till so a manager was called. The manager was kind and thanked her several times for coming in on her day off. I do not know what kind of incentives corporate has for people who put their life on hold to help the company out but if there isn't a little something extra in this young ladie's paycheck that is a shame. Also, we have seen employees come and quickly go in our area Dollar stores. They start at minimum wage but is there an incentive for them to stay 3 months, then 6, then 9, etc.?The store # is 3070, cashier: Carolyn.

In this economy we can't afford to be ripped off left and right, products are not worth a dollar let alone two-five dollars. Dollar tree seems to be in business to rob the impoverished. People who can afford to shop elsewhere do. People shopping at dollar tree are already financially strapped, wasting money on defective products ARE NOT IN THE BUDGET

This store was an absolute disaster. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked like someone ransacked it. There were half empty energy drink cans on the shelves, wrappers, it didn’t look like anyone had done anything as far as organizing, in months. I asked the cashier what happened in there and she nonchalantly said “oh I guess the night crew didn’t clean well last night and the manager is more concerned with Christmas”. I assured her the night crew clearly hasn’t showed up….. for quite a while! No pride in that store, that was clear. Probably won’t be going there again. Well maybe once, to see if the night crew ever showed up.

Store was a mess, boxes everywhere. Floor was dirty. For the second time in a month, the clerk did not put all my items in the bag after ringing them up . I live too far away to go back for them . Normally I like this store but not today

Angela the store manager has not only embarrassed me for no reason but was outwardly calling me names and labeling me as a rude or nasty person that she only rings up nice customers. I am furious and I will make sure whoever owns, franchise's or manages her and the store has her name on every complaint slip. I am a disabled Veteran and I am beyond feeling discriminated against.

Wait times to checkout are long. They are always understaffed. Product is always scattered everywhere waiting to be put away. Staff are way underpaid compared to their counterparts at Albertsons or Walmart.

In times past, I was a frequent patron of the West Side Dollar Tree, under the poised and capable management of Audrey. Every moment of shopping there was a pleasure to behold, thanks to the store's immaculate cleanliness, the neatly displayed products, and the complete non-existence of unopened boxes or crates strewn about.
Furthermore, the employees radiated a welcoming ambiance and consistently greeted customers with warm smiles paired with a dynamic “Welcome to the Dollar Tree.” Alas, the present state of the Dollar Tree has taken a dire turn downwards as it were. Upon entering the store, one can't help but feel ignored: no one greets you, and the employees seem to lack the smallest amount of initiative, drowning in ennui and displaying profound contempt. One would think that they don't want to be there themselves.
It's a sad situation when a few pleasantries, a warm welcome, and some initiative in maintaining the store could make all the difference in the world. Unhappily, that is no longer the case. Both the West Side store, as well as the one on 10th Avenue, are now slovenly, disorganized messes that make one feel as though they're in a dank and gloomy place.
It is indeed a regrettable thing to witness the Dollar Tree decay from its former status as a precious haven, where folks could easily acquire things that were scarcely available at any other location. The unfortunate absence of Audrey's management and the friendly demeanor of her staff has caused a total disregard for the care, attention, and dedication that is essential for the provision of superior customer service.
It is my heartfelt desire that the management promptly acknowledges these concerns and takes the necessary steps to upgrade the store's standards. Until such time, it would be best to shop elsewhere.
