My husband and I love shopping at the Goodwill stores in Great Falls, Helena, and Butte. We can usually find a neat treasure or two. The stores have great staff and are clean and fun to shop in.Lately, there is a new supervisor in the Butte store. We were there today and listened to her berate and talk down to the members of her staff. This was not the first time but still very unpleasant to witness and hear. We go to shop and have fun searching for goodies not to bear witness to this.

I think I would avoid buying from this location when using shopgoodwill. Every store seems to be different, and this one is one you may not be happy with. The better stores will ship within 2 days, this one, so far just passed the 4th day, and when contacted, they gave me their "policy" instead of addressing my actual questions. A more polite way of saying stick it, we do what we want. I purchase bulk to resell, in order to support myself while awaiting disability, even after telling them, that I may not make rent, if this is not shipped, did they ship it?? NO?? They showed it boxed in the auction, I guess, taping it and printing a label was too much trouble for this store. Much better a customer become homeless then take 5 minutes to get it out the door.

Roberta Palmer of Clearfield Utah office is a liar and anti Semitic. She should retire ASAP. Yet ESGW has the gall to ask me to donate. She is very unprofessional and RUDE. I am asking for her dismissal.

I purchased one of their jewelry lots online on ShopGoodwill. It was packed poorly (more tangles, than I ever seen, that had to be thrown away), the box was shipped late, and the shipping label was printed wrong (wrong date) so the tracking was wrong. They also shipped it with strict signature requirements that didn't match the policy for a ITEM cost. Bad experience, and I will never buy from this location again.

I am a senior. Live very far from any town. I needed training and help to get a business going or a remote job. I was told that the program for seniors would help me. I had been taking training about 2 months. The leader of the program....Tina from northern Idaho called me. Very angry and being very accusatory at me. Said that i was doing things wrong and got all over me. Im a senior I can't handle that stress. Now I have no job and no training......I would give no stars

When “goodwill” opened, it was actually about providing for the needy and making sure things were affordable for the ones who needed it. Now I go and I’m seeing pants for 40$, dresses for well over 100$ they use to do daily/weekly tag sales 25% 50% 75% depending on the color. When in the store, asked an associate what the tag sale was. I got back that you quit doing it over loss of $$$…wait I thought it was non-profit? That also explains why I saw a bike that Walmart sells brand new at 50$ for kids, the sticker at goodwill said 75$….I’ve stopped going. It’s not worth it anymore plus you can tell they stopped cleaning the items before shelving them. I came across some nasty clothes in all different areas that were not washed. No star, no star but it doesn’t give that option.

As a former employee of Goodwill, it disgusts me that you have "laid off" all of the employees in the Goodwill store & then turn around and issue letters to them stating that they have to reapply for their jobs upon reopening. Worker's could have been furloughed as job attached instead. Way to repay loyal long term employees.
