How exactly do they *forget* to hold back enough cars to cover the reservations that have been in place, in favor of those who suddenly need a rental after a flight diversion? Thanks a lot.

So I dinged the truck I rented. I told you about it. And you charge me for every little ding on the whole thing saying "thats how we do it"Complained to enterprise and they refunded everything.Used to rent weekly. Now nothing from enterprise or national.Your cost them money.....EditDont bother.This wasnt recently.But my review from then was convently removed.That doesnt change anything....

They won't take any insurance reservations during the weekend. So hopefully you aren't needing a car Saturday or sunday.

I had a great experience at the Enterprise rental office in Great Falls, MT. James Clancy, the sales representative, went above and beyond and made sure we had what we needed. There were a couple of issues with our flight and our booking, and James made sure that we were fully taken care. I'm so thankful to have had a great experience and will be returning to Great Falls this month. I plan on booking with Enterpise again for my next week long visit at the end of December.

By far one of the best experiences I've had at a rental car place. Madison was beyond awesome and very helpful, especially after a deer decided to play chicken with our rental. We were in another rental in no time. Definitely recommend this place

I visit Great Falls often for business and the customer service has drastically improved, in addition to car availability. Daniel Plunkett at Enterprise has accommodated all of my travel needs and has set the bar high for customer service.

Staff was helpful, car was ready to pickup on-time and no hidden fees. Team was able to adjust the rental an extra day when or travel was delayed mid-trip.

Horrible customer service! Should have read the reviews first. I brought my rental back early because my plans changed. This was also a different location from where I was originally supposed to return it, but as I said plans changed. I asked the guy at the counter if I could return it here and he said no problem. All he asked for was the mileage and then handed me receipt. They added $220 because I returned it early and to a different location! Didn’t inform me it would be more, didn’t ask if I just want to keep the original reservation, no explanation or anything. I asked him why it was $220 more and he rudely said because I chose to take it back to a different airport. Ok I get that but really you can’t let someone know before hand? I would’ve just kept it and walked back from the original location for that much. I asked for a manager and he said it’s just him and didn’t know when a manager would be in. Nice to know this is how they treat customers and their own Enterprise members.

Don’t trust your online reservation!*UPDATE* I got a response from them on my original post asking to email customer service so they can look into the issue. (Note: I ended up taking the car back the next day and was charged $265 for one day of use.) In my email to them I explained the situation as stated below and their only response was that the reason I was charged so much for one day is because I brought the car back early. Can you imagine how frustrating that is? Didn’t even address the issue of how I’m sent a confirmation email stating one price but at the counter I’m expected to pay almost double. Their second response was from someone else just offering a $50 credit. Better than nothing i guess? ??♀️ Morale of the story: if you need a rental, just take an Uber from the airport to the enterprise in town. It’ll be worth it, trust me!! Much cheaper prices and the associates are actually competent!!!Original post:Don’t trust your online reservation. I made a reservation online to reserve a car and the estimated total amount that was stated in my confirmation email was about $592. When I get to the counter, they are trying to charge me a total of $1021!! I brought this up as I assumed it was just a mistake but the lady at the counter assured me that this was correct. I showed her my confirmation email but yet she still said the email wasn’t accurate and what is showing on her screen was the amount due. I asked for a cheaper car but there was none available. Luckily at another location I found a car for $250 total so I will be bringing this one back tomorrow. It is absolutely ridiculous that they did not honor what the email stated. Had I known the actual price I would have never reserved in the first place!

Charged me additional $300 above what was already paid. $200 security deposit that is stated absolutely nowhere. Even the agent said it’s not printed in the agreement. The agent in great falls is an immature little boy who would be best suited for McDonald’s and not a company that relies on customer service! Will never rent a car from enterprise again. Say goodbye to a long time customer!
