There was a wonderful Cashier called Caroline that completely confronted me about my son taking a ball out of the bin and not placing it back. He’s two years old. I’m sorry your job so hard to place a ball back. Cashier is bad days shouldn’t be passed down to their customers

Last night I bought a rotisserie chicken and some pasta salad. It was self checkout only and the pasta salad rang up as unrecognizable. A worker came and got it, and by the time he came back with it I decided that I didn't really want it. I told the worker that I would put it back and he got mad at me. He said something about how he had to walk all the way down there. I apologized and told him I would take it back myself but he said he would do it. I apologized again but then he wouldn't even talk to me. I said I was sorry several times but he was being kind of rude about it. I guess I should have just bought it anyway just to make him happy. After all, he did have to walk all the way down there.

We nick named this store “Friendly’s” because of the wonderful service that we get there everyday. They have the BEST meat in town! Thank You Friendly’s EveryDay IGA, for being there for us… EveryDay!❤️

Super high meat prices, and now glass pipes in glass displays instead of more food products. For most of the people around the downtown area this is the only grocery store unless you take a bus to another store.

They sometimes have the GREATEST DEALS, and for that, I love them. Their meat prices are HIGH, but again, when they have a sale... it's phenomenal.
Their bakery items are so good and FRESH !!!
But, then they're picked clean by 9 or 10am...😪
However....
Their customer service is HORRIBLE !! The Jodi lady, she's cool and helpful... But the other older lady (ies) are just rude!! If you call to ask a question ... she snotty about your request and then snotty as she gives her response.
It's just unnecessary and disappointing

They have the most awesome deli with pork ribs and their fried chicken. It is simply delicious.

It's an okay grocery store, but very overpriced. I'd shop if I'm close or need something desperately but not for many other reasons.
