Play coincidentally met up with them at Walgreens as I was using Walgreens on 10th avenue South Great Falls Montana as a drop spot and I hadn't even checked it in and he just said if I waited right there he could just take it and they wouldn't even have to check it in so it worked out it was very nice and the truck driver was awesome

I have been waiting all day for my delivery. I just got notification they tried to deliver, but I was not home. I have been watching. Why is FedEx so bad anymore???

FedEx is terrible they have weather delayed my packages 2 days in a roll its been in the low 60s. If it's not weather is operational delay. They just want to get paid for doing nothing

Fedex tracking site claims they attempted to deliver, but no one was here. I have been home all morning and no truck has been on my property. When trying to contact the local office to ask about this, the listed phone number is disconnected. This used to be a fantastic company. Not anymore.

Jason B delivers to our business in Great Falls and he is amazing. He is by far one of the best people I have ever had deliver to us. He brings our stuff in, helps us out if there's not enough staff if the stuff will not fit through out door. He goes above and beyond his job and is the walking definition of customer service. Give this guy a raise!!

Fed Ex freight is fine. But do not use fed ex ground. They do not deliver if their contractor decides not to perform.

The man here gave me another number to try after I called the 800 number and could not understand the Indian people. I just missed my delivery to my house. Because of the number the man gave me - The driver came back to deliver my package. I greatly appreciate you helping us! Thank you!
