Stay away, they try and rip you off. Called to have alternator replaced on my wifes truck and was told that there would be a $45 diagnostic fee. When I told them I didn't want them to diagnose it, I just want them to replace it. They refused to do it without the fee. The only reason I am not replacing it myself is my wife is there for work and I am in Florida.

We had our vehicle unexpectedly break, with state tournament tomorrow, they got us in, things repaired and ready to hit the road tomorrow. Service and pricing are amazing and thier techs are amazing. Definitely would recommend Firestone on 10th.

The put the wrong tire on my AWD SUV and won’t fix it. They didn’t do any of the services I asked for. They lost a customer.

Fast service! took a tire in for a flat repair, but they were unable to repair it. They prorated the tire and gave me a discount on a new tire, I had to buy a second tire so the axle was matching. They helped me get a few extra discounts on the second tire. They made sure I was taken care of! I've been using them for years and they never let me down.

On a road trip and ran into car trouble, Melissa and the boys were life savers. They went out of their way to help us out. I give these people 10 out of 10! A great big Thank you Firestone. You are the best!

Very friendly and kind staff, however they could not fix what was wrong with my vehicle, I paid $600+ in service/parts and my car was still not running. I had to get it towed to an actual dealership and they had me out of there within 3 hours. Apparently the only thing that was wrong with my vehicle was the relay. And so I spent $600+ at Firestone for absolutely nothing! I do not recommend this company!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and just take your car to the correct dealership!

Refused to order the Suredrive tires I wanted and tried to up sell me on tires twice the price. Then refused to sell me two tires, quoting company policy that they had to do all four. Only needed front tires, rears were just fine. The hospitality here is as cold as the weather. Tire-rama was helpful, at least.

After a small issue, they were diligent in eliminating the inconvenience by booking and providing a rental car. They even went above and beyond and fixed services that were not originally on the agenda. I recommend for all of your auto mechanic needs.

The customer service was above and beyond and I got a great deal on tires. That being said, I took my car in for new tires, a new air filter and a service check. They had my car for 4 hours and I had to leave with the glove box disassembled and all over my passenger floor. Then my tpms sensor stayed on. Next time I think I'll buy the tires and have someone else install them.

Friendly staff! We broke down and managed to pull into their parking lot! They helped us out and let our kids sit in the waiting area so stay away from the heat. They even helped keep our kids entertained until we were able to fix it. Helped us out without an appointment!
